SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Bonne Coffee Co. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, rates, and more.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada (Standard): 2–7 business days
  • Canada (Expedited): 1–3 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Note: All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, customs delays).

3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces and territories in Canada
  • Select locations in the United States
  • Select international destinations

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Bonne Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

However, we want you to be happy! If there’s an issue, contact us at info@bonnecoffee.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Bonne Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
